In the Fall of 2004, Mr. Carlton Hall provided Technical Assistance (TA) to our youth-led, adult-backed coalition here in Hartford. At the time, the only "program" we operated was a Youth Leadership Academy called "Stump the Violence Youth Leadership Academy". With the help of Mr Hall, we have since grown to include a range of programs from in school-, afterschool, youth leadership development, Hospital-Based Violence Intervention Programs, Gang Intervention programs and recently launched an office and home-based Clinical Division. In June 2018, we will be celebrating 20-years in service. Thanks Mr. Hall! for providing the framework and TA at the critical crossroads in our development.
