Carlton Hall has been my most valuable mentor in my 20+ year career as a community mobilizer. He has unique insight into the mechanics and nuance of community building, and a wide breadth of experience with navigating challenges. I can honestly say that our community efforts would not have been able to overcome our initial challenges without his support and guidance. Perhaps even more importantly he give us hope that we could make a difference, and we did.
