My name is Rev. Richard A. Henderson and I have had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Carlton Hall for 9 years. I first met Carlton at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Washington, D.C. in 2009 at conference of new grantees for Drug Free Communities. I remember coming down the escalator and Mr. Hall was there at the bottom and welcomed me to the conference and handing me a business card telling me, " If there is anything that I can do to help you, please let me know". Mr. Hall is a good friend, a great resource of knowledge of many things, and full of wisdom and that is just one of the reasons that he and I continue to be friends. Proverbs 18:24 is still right, A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother."
