Throughout the journey of our long-standing coalition, we experienced roadblocks along the path to success. In times of difficulty, there was only one person I knew who would be able to help us turn these roadblocks into building blocks. That person was Carlton Hall from CADCA. While being fortunate this year to meet the 20-year mark of sustainability, we were once again faced with the challenge of entering a new stage in the life of our coalition. Like before, I knew we had to reach out to the "Coalition Whisperer", Carlton Hall Consulting LLC, to take our coalition to the next level. Carlton's approach to training is a combination of processing the rich information and theories involved in coalition work and making this become alive right in the training session. We experienced how members were not just motivated to begin considering how to help the coalition move forward, but they actually stated what they could do and plan on doing it. We are grateful to have Carlton Hall guide us along the numerous paths we have embarked on together to ensure we are meeting the needs of this ever-changing community.
