Education and Training
Carlton Hall spent 12 years as one of the leading architects of the nation's premier training and technical assistance delivery system for substance abuse prevention and community change. He is considered one of the most inspirational and effective trainers in our nation. He has now brought that expertise borne out of a 25 year blend of research and practical experience and fashioned an innovative training system called L.E.A.D.
Organizations advance farther and faster when training is tailored, and when coupled with coaching, builds on strengths and includes a blend of activities customized to address underlying needs and the specific context of an individual, organization, system or community. With that in mind, our overarching approach to Learn, Educate, Activate, Deliberate (L.E.A.D.) is designed to complement any organization's or community's current capacity for change.
We use best practices in virtual and onsite assistance to support interactive learning and to enhance sustainable implementation. We collect data to determine whether the training and coaching achieved the intended impact and to inform continuous quality improvement.
The result? Capacity-building interventions grounded in evidence and designed to make a difference in the short and long term.
